 I have been healing practitioner, and be coming more aware sound therapy. Being also a musician I know music heals So I was open to a turning fork session with Merilee. Joking I thought, "Maybe I will get better in tune like an instrument ."  She first allowed and help me to get to a meditative state to be more receptive. My eyes were closed as I was very relaxed. She then informed me that she would intuitively will touch random areas with tuning forks, and  to just relax . So I did . The first tuning fork was amazing feeling the energy was warm honey on my knee . I do work in Hospitality always on my feet once in a while my knees get verbal so feeling that warm vibration go right in for amazing relief. As she continued I kept finding pockets of relief , from her intuitive gift. Right before my session ended I am not sure how to describe it, but it felt like I am a bell that was just was rung . As I was really joking about maybe I would get  fine tuned like an instrument, that is exactly what I felt.  A more vibrant me ! Sound therapy is phenomenal ! She only used hand held tuning forks, subtle but highly effective .. I can only imagine what  healing crystal bowl session would bring!  Merilee is extremely gifted Sound Practitioner  .
